Faculty of Computer and Information Science
The conference will be held at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science (FRI), University of Ljubljana, located in the heart of Slovenia’s capital. FRI is Slovenia’s leading educational and research institution in computer and information science, housing modern lecture halls, seminar rooms, and conference facilities. The building is easily accessible by public transport and is situated within walking distance of Ljubljana’s historic city centre.

Getting to FRI

FRI is located at Večna pot 113, SI-1000 Ljubljana. The faculty is well connected by city bus (lines 1, 5, and 8 stop nearby) and is a 15-minute drive from Ljubljana’s main railway station. Ample bicycle parking is available, and the area is well suited for walking from the city centre (approximately 30 minutes on foot). A map and detailed directions will be provided to registered participants closer to the event.

Travelling to Ljubljana

Ljubljana is served by Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport (LJU), located approximately 25 km north of the city centre, with regular connections to major European hubs. Shuttle buses and taxis connect the airport to the city centre in approximately 30 minutes. Alternatively, Ljubljana is easily reachable by train from neighbouring capitals — Vienna, Budapest, Zagreb, and Venice are all within a few hours’ travel. For those arriving by car, Ljubljana lies at the crossroads of major European motorways connecting Austria, Italy, Hungary, and Croatia.
