Information for Presenters

Schedule. Your session and time are listed in the agenda.

Format. Each presentation slot is 20 minutes — roughly 15 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for questions and discussion. This split is a guideline rather than a strict rule, so some flexibility either way is fine.

Uploading your slides. Please upload in advance through the submission system, using your personal portal link. In the “Presentation material” section you can either upload a file (PowerPoint, PDF) or paste a link (e.g. a Google Slides URL — set sharing to “Anyone with the link can view”). Deadline: 08:00 on the day of your talk. Submitting the evening before is appreciated, so we can flag any technical issues.

Format. The poster stands are 120 cm × 90 cm (height × width) including the frame, with a usable mounting area of 116 × 86 cm. An A0 poster in portrait orientation (118.9 × 84.1 cm) will fit, though it will slightly overlap the frame. There are no further requirements on layout or format.

Hanging & removal. Posters can be hung from 08:00 on Tuesday, 8 September and should be removed by 13:00 on Friday, 11 September. Positions are labelled by poster number, which can be found in the agenda.

Poster sessions. Posters 0–15 are presented on Tuesday 8 September; posters 16–30 on Wednesday 9 September. Please refer to the agenda for final assignments, and plan to be at your poster during your assigned session.

Poster Slam

All poster presenters who agreed to take part in the interactive poster session during abstract submission will have the chance for a 2-minute pitch (hard cutoff) on the day of their poster session. You may optionally upload slides (a single PDF file only) as an aid, through the same personal portal link, in the “Presentation material” section. You may use as many slides as you like, but are limited to 2 minutes of speaking time. Please submit by 1 September 2026.
